RE-HEATING + ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Baked brie in puff pastry: place on baking sheet, warm in 300 oven until heated through, 15-20 minutes. Insert knife, if tip is hot to touch, cheese is ready.
Artichoke spread: bake, uncovered, 350 degree oven until browned + bubbly, 20-25 minutes.
Edible bloody marys-place tomatoes & salt in two separate bowls so guests can dip into sea salt mixture.
Focaccia-serve room temperature or gently re-warm to crisp in 350 oven.
Crab cakes /Quinoa cauliflower /Sweet potato cakes-Place on cookie sheet in single layer. Heat at 375 for 10 minutes & serve with appropriate sauce on side.
Almond + goat cheese stuffed plum wrapped in bacon /chorizo dates- place on a rimmed sheet tray lined with parchment paper or foil. Bake skewers 20-25 minutes at 375 or until hot & bacon is crisp. Drain off excess grease before serving
Savory gougeres filled with chicken salad-gently slice gougeres in half with serrated knife. Fill lower portion with small scoop of chicken salad and top.
Quesadillas-place whole on baking sheet lined with parchment or foil, re-heat till warmed through. Let sit before slicing. Serve with appropriate sauce on the side.
Balsamic glazed beef skewers-perfect at room temp! but can be re-warmed gently on baking sheet at 350 for 5-7 minutes or till warmed through.
Panko fried chicken skewers -place on cookie sheet in single layer. Heat at 350 to heat through 5-10 min. Serve with appropriate sauce on the side.
Tacos dorados with tomatillo sauce-place on baking sheet and place in 350 oven until heated through, 10 minutes.
Beef tenderloin with horseradish cream and roasted red peppers-spread cream on crostini, add beef slices and top with pepper relish. Assemble just before serving or have guests assemble tableside.
Herb + mint lamb meatballs OR turkey meatballs-gently warm in oven 350 for 5-8 minutes. Serve with sauce on the side if applicable.
Goat cheese “bubbles” drizzled in honey-gently scatter goat cheese on platter. Leave room on edge for focaccia. Drizzle honey over cheese, sprinkle with almonds. Serve with grape focaccia.
Sweet potatoes & Mashed potatoes-heat at 375 covered until hot (30-40 minutes, may take up to an hour). Microwave friendly-stir often till hot.
Roasted brussel sprouts w/garlic aioli: re-heat in microwave until heated through OR in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes till heated through. Toss warm sprouts with garlic aioli and serve.
Honey glazed carrots re-heat in microwave until heated through OR in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes till heated through
Seasonal vegetables w/artichoke aioli: re-heat in microwave until heated through OR in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes till heated through. Serve with artichoke aioli on the side (room temp-do not heat).
Potato gratin/ Winter squash lasagna/Macaroni and cheese/Ricotta stuffed shells/Mexican lasagna/Chicken wild rice/Chicken Tetrazzini/Enchiladas place on baking sheet as cream may boil over. Cook, uncovered in 375 oven for 30-45 minutes or until hot & bubbly and browned on top.
Please note: our entrees have been cooked to temperature. Beef medium rare. We highly recommend they be served room temperature when suggested. Or if you preference is warm, gently heat as outlined below.
Chicken-serve room temp or to avoid drying out gently warm 10 minutes in 350 oven. Sauced chicken should be heated for approximately 20-30 minutes.
Pork-serve room temp or gently warm covered for 10-15 minutes to avoid drying out. If applicable-heat gravy on stove top and pour on top before serving or serve on the side.
Seafood-gently re-warm in 350 oven for approximately 10 minutes.
Beef tenderloin -we recommend that you serve beef at room temperature or gently warm @ 350 degrees. Do NOT overcook.
One dish entertaining (chicken wild rice casserole, winter squash lasagnas, turkey tetrazzini): place on sheet tray. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 30-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly and top is browned.
BREAKFAST + SWEETS
Quiche set on a baking sheet and place in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes or until heated through. Easier to cut cold and then place in oven.
French toast bread pudding-place on baking sheet, bake in a 375 degree oven for 45-55 minutes or until thermometer reads 155 degrees. If browning too quickly, top with foil. Drizzle with Warm syrup.
Breakfast sausage & bacon-gently re-warm at 350 in oven for 10 minutes.
Fresh fruit crisps:
To bake off crisps: Place on sheet tray. Bake uncovered at 375 for 45-55 minutes.
To reheat: place in 350 oven for 10-15 minutes.
